Executive Chef Patrick Chmura
is the Executive Chef of Webster’s Bistro. He studied under Executive Chef Adam Goetz at Craving (locared on Hertel Avenue in North Buffalo) as his Executive Sous Chef for 5 years. His interest in cooking began as an extension of his interest in art, and it’s easy to see by looking at his dishes that he’s inspired to create a work of art on every plate.
Chef Gabrielle Thomas
is the Catering and Events Chef for Webster’s Kitchen. She received her degree from The Culinary Institute of American in Hyde Park, NY. with many years of experience from Tucson, Arizona as the Sous Chef at the Flying V, Loews Ventana Canyon Resort, Sous Chef at the PY Steakhouse, Casino Del Sol Resort and the Ritz Carlton in Dove Mountain, Arizona. She brings a seasoned blend of skills and expertise to Webster’s Kitchen.
